Mytha is built to help home service companies answer business calls, qualify leads, route urgent issues, and reduce missed opportunities. This guarantee is designed to make the first launch feel low-risk while keeping expectations clear for both teams.
What the guarantee covers
If Mytha fails to handle a covered business call within the launch period and coverage scope agreed during onboarding, we will review the issue, repair the workflow where appropriate, and apply the remedy stated in your order form or customer agreement.
What is outside the guarantee
The guarantee does not cover calls outside agreed phone lines or hours, disconnected phone systems, customer-side calendar blocks, unavailable crews, incorrect or incomplete business rules, spam, abusive callers, emergency situations beyond the configured routing instructions, third-party outages, or issues caused by changes made outside the Mytha setup.
How to request review
Contact us with the call date, caller number, business line called, and a short description of what went wrong. We will review the call path, configuration, and related system records to determine whether the issue falls within the agreed guarantee.
Final terms
Final eligibility, refund amount, credit amount, timing, and remedy are governed by the signed customer agreement or order form used at purchase.
